We strive to provide the highest quality tires at market-competitive prices. Our tires come with a manufacturer warranty of 80,000 KM, ensuring the durability and reliability of the product. Beyond this warranty period, the tires are not covered under any refund or exchange policy.
Please note the following conditions:
- Brand New Tires Only: All tires sold are brand new and unused unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Claims suggesting prior use of the tires will not be accepted without proper evidence.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Any manufacturing defects will be addressed in accordance with the 80,000 KM warranty provided by the manufacturer. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the tire qualifies under this warranty.
What to Include in a Refund Request
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required for all refund or warranty claims.
- Evidence of Issue: Clear photographs, videos, or supporting documentation must be provided to validate claims related to manufacturing defects.
- Unused Condition: Tires must be returned unused or within less than seven days unless the issue pertains to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

- Price Consistency: The prices listed are market-competitive and non-negotiable unless a special promotion or manager-approved discount is applied. Employees are not authorized to adjust prices without proper approval.
- Fraudulent Claims: Attempts to misrepresent the condition of tires (e.g., falsely claiming prior use) will result in the claim being denied.
- Restocking Fees: In cases of customer-initiated returns (e.g., incorrect size purchased), a restocking fee may apply. The customer will also bear any associated shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided for tires showing signs of deliberate misuse, wear beyond normal use, or damage caused by improper installation or handling.
